Bro! Seriously I have no idea what to post on LinkedIn.

“Everyone looks so smart on LinkedIn.
What do I even say there?”
Let’s be honest
LinkedIn feels intimidating, right?
Sab log founder, coach, growth expert lagte hain.
Aur hum sochte hain, “Main kya likhu? Koi padhega bhi kya?”
But here’s the truth -
LinkedIn is not for perfect people.
It’s for real ones.
The Biggest Myth
“LinkedIn is only for corporate people.”
Arre nahi yaar.
It’s a place where anyone can build their space like founders, creators, job seekers, freelancers.
You just need to know what to post.
The 3-Circle Trick (Super Simple)
Imagine three circles:
In the first Circle write Who You Are like your stories, values, everyday thoughts
For the second circle mention Your Industry i.e. your work, your learnings, your mistakes
An in the third write What’s Trending which means what people are already talking about
Where these three circles meet = your LinkedIn sweet spot.
That’s the kind of content people remember.
Example:
You’re a marketer who’s seen 100s of AI posts on your feed.
So you write:
“AI can write content in seconds.
But it still can’t understand why your boss rejected version 13.”
Boom. Scroll-stopper.
Algorithm se zyada logon ko samjho
You can’t control the algorithm.
But you can control how people feel when they read your post.
Be relatable.
Be useful.
Be human.
Even if you post once a week but make people smile, think, or nod
Don’t just make your post as if it doesn’t exist for people.
Image Matters (Literally)

Text-only posts often get ignored.
But ek relevant image, ya funny meme, ya real photo literally stops people mid-scroll.
Visuals build recall.
Not fancy, just real.
How to Start (Even If You’re Scared)
Step 1 – Take a notebook. Make those 3 circles.
Write points under each:
• Who You Are
• What You Do
• What’s Happening Around You
Step 2 – Write 5 small stories about your journey.
Example: “My first client ghosted me, but that taught me follow-up is an art.”
Step 3 – Write 5 belief-based posts.
Example: “I don’t think Gen Z is lazy. They just hate meaningless work.”
Bas. That’s your content plan for a month.

Remember Anupam Mittal’s Diwali post?
He said India is the only country that worships money.
Half the people agreed.
Half argued.
But everyone remembered.
Because it made people feel something.
That’s the real game.
Final Gyaan
LinkedIn is not about “perfect grammar” or “viral hacks.”
It’s about you.
Post what feels honest and who you are actually.
Talk like you talk in real life.
And stop thinking you’re not “LinkedIn enough.”
Because being real is the new professional.
And yaad rakhna that authenticity > algorithm.
Always.
