Resignation letter powered by snacks? Only in India!

"Namaste snack squad, brand guru & analytics ke aashiqon!"

Aaj hum baat karenge ek resignation letter ki... but wait — it’s not the sad HR email kind. This one is tasty, quirky, and pure genius from #Instamart!

Exhibit No. 1: Instamart ne ek resignation letter banaya using India ke OG snacks like Perk, Little Hearts, Society Tea, 5 Star, Gems, and even UNO cards (reverse psychology FTW).

Yeh post LinkedIn pe viral gaya, aur sabko laga: “Snack toh mast hai, idea aur bhi mast hai!”

Chalo ab #Instamart ke iss khaane wale jadoo (edible epiphany) ko thoda tod ke samajhte hain — unhone marketing psychology aur consumer ke dimaag ke trigger points ka kaise use kiya.

1. "Jitna Relatable, Utna Shareable!"

Hum sab ne yeh snacks school tiffin mein khaye hain.

Instamart ne wohi bataya jo har banda soch raha hai: “Same bro, even I wanna quit.”

Office burnout? ✅
Low pay? ✅
Corporate drama? ✅✅
— “Working here was Eveready difficult.”

Trigger: Emotional connection with the modern working class.
Result: Shares, comments, laughs, and more brand recall than your CEO's last PPT.

2. Nostalgia + British English Humour = Dopamine Hit

Who doesn’t miss Little Hearts from school break time or Good Day biscuits with chai?
By using iconic snacks, they triggered childhood feels + adult frustrations.

Trigger: Nostalgia marketing + humour = dopamine dhamaka
Result: Product placement without sounding salesy

3. Snack Integration = Product Visibility

Let’s be real — sab ne dekha resignation letter, par aankh gayi Perk pe.
Without saying “buy now,” they made snacks the hero of the plot.

Trigger: Visual storytelling > boring copy
Result: Brand pe click, cart mein trick!

4. Thoda Masti + Thoda Reverse UNO = Full Tadka Virality!

Ending line: "You are losing a GEM (if UNO UNO)" – bhai, yeh koi normal pun nahi hai, yeh toh full-on snack wali shayari hai!”

Trigger: Pop culture ka tadka + smart wordplay
Result: Engagement skyrockets,  shares double, aur brands shuru karte hain copy karna

"Baat ko kuch is style mein bola gaya: 'Apni post ka hero banao apne audience ko.'"

#Instamart ne apne baare mein kuch nahi bola — baat ki humari.

Humare emotions, humara stress, hamari snack cravings, humare Monday blues.

Koi direct product bechne ki koshish nahi, phir bhi post ho gayi viral — aur snacks toh bas silently spotlight mein aa gaye!

Chaho toh isko aur thoda filmy ya quirky bana ke bhi likh sakte hain!

Glossary:

  • OG - Original

  • FTW - For the win

  • Epiphany - Moment when you finally understand

  • Pun - Play on words

  • UNO UNO (originally a card game) - But here it means “You know, You know”

Let us know if your resignation is ready... or if you just want to snack out of stress. 😅

Either way — marketers, it's time to be funnier than HR!
