Are you quirky, reliable, or rebellious? Own it.

They nailed “The Taste of India.” From nostalgic values to funny, topical ads — Amul knows itself inside out.

2. Customer – Samjho Apni Janta
Who are you serving? What do they need, want, and dream about?
The deeper you understand them, the stronger your brand bond.

Example: Nykaa
Nykaa focuses on millennial and Gen Z women. Their content, products, and even packaging all speak their language. Smart targeting = a loyal audience.

3. Competitor – Nazar Toh Rakhni Padegi
What are others doing? What makes you different? Use this to sharpen your positioning.

Example: Coca-Cola vs Pepsi
Coca-Cola sells tradition and warmth. Pepsi sells rebellion and youth. Same product — different storylines. That’s competitor awareness in action.

4. Collaborator – Saath Kaam, Saath Naam
Who’s helping you deliver your brand promise? From vendors to influencers — choose wisely.

Example: boAt + IPL
boAt headphones teamed up with the IPL for brand exposure and cool factor. It boosted both reach and relatability

 5. Climate – Mahol Samjho Bhai
This means market conditions — tech trends, economic shifts, sarkari rules — everything counts.
Stay tuned or stay behind.

Example: Mamaearth
They capitalized on the "clean beauty" wave, jumped on the D2C trend, and even adapted to the eco-conscious Gen Z climate. Smart timing = fast growth.
